Once you complete the Permit to Carry classes, you will receive a certificate of completion from your instructor, which allows you to apply for your Permit to Carry. Whether you’re appling for your Permit to Carry in Minnesota, Florida or Wisconsin, each state has different rules and guidelines to receive your “conceal and carry” permit.
You must take the certificate along with the Minnesota Permit to Carry application to the Sheriff’s Office of the county you live in.
